• Collaborate closely with project leads, developers, and business analysts to optimize project deliverables.
• Manage resources effectively, estimating needs and tracking project health and quality metrics.

Skills

• Strong leadership capabilities in coordinating QA teams and driving communication across projects.
• Proven experience in functional, integration, and regression testing methods.
• Exceptional analytical skills to report on quality metrics and project risks.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation testing strategies and an interest in furthering this skill.
• Familiarity with virtual response unit or contact center testing is advantageous.
• Ability to optimize processes and eliminate non-value-added tasks.
