Overview: Our client, an engineering firm specializing in renewable energy, water, and environmental solutions, is seeking a CADD/BIM Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of firmwide CADD and BIM standards, workflows, and technologies. This role partners with IT and technical leadership to manage Autodesk AEC platforms, Autodesk Construction Cloud environments, and system deployments while ensuring quality and consistency across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate brings advanced CADD/BIM expertise, strong technical and IT coordination skills, and experience supporting and training diverse design teams in enterprise-level environments.
This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Redmond, Washington.

Responsibilities: - Lead the development, implementation, and governance of company-wide CADD and BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows
- Develop, maintain, and update CADD/BIM SOPs and work instructions
- Perform periodic BIM model reviews to ensure compliance with company standards, QMS, and project requirements
- Coordinate with IT on software, hardware, licensing, and system needs related to design technologies
- Lead deployment, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of Autodesk AEC Collection tools
- Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments to support collaboration and model coordination
- Serve as the primary technical resource for CADD/BIM workflows, troubleshooting, and standards interpretation
- Develop and manage internal and external CADD/BIM training programs
- Mentor and support approximately 75 CADD users across multiple engineering disciplines
- Collaborate with IT, Technical Directors, Discipline Leads, Design Section staff, and CADD/BIM user groups
- Support integrated design initiatives to improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across project teams
Requirements: - Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural, engineering, or related design consulting environments
- Advanced knowledge of CADD systems and multidisciplinary design workflows
- Demonstrated proficiency with Autodesk AEC Collection tools, including Civil 3D, Revit, AutoCAD MEP, InfraWorks, ReCap, Navisworks, and BIM Collaborate Pro
- Strong technical background in file management, software deployment, and IT coordination for design tools
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams and projects using both Imperial and Metric units
- Experience with GIS platforms such as ESRI ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro
- Autodesk Professional or Expert-level certifications
- Experience establishing, managing, or modernizing enterprise-wide CADD/BIM standards and training programs
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver's license
