Responsibilities

• Support product teams in defining strategies and executing critical projects
• Translate complex business needs into actionable stories for implementation
• Engage in research to enhance product functionality and customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project goals and deadlines
• Apply analytical skills to resolve issues and optimize product performance

Skills

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Fenergo's CLM platform
• Strong expertise in client onboarding, including AML and KYC compliance
• Proficiency in analytical problem-solving
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles of product management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in setting up and managing client lifecycle management tools
• Background in banking or financial services industry
• Exceptional communication skills to foster teamwork
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
