Vendor Performance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Vendor Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage vendor partnerships and drive operational excellence in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of key operational vendors, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency metrics.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify performance gaps and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Streamline operational processes and maximize CRM effectiveness to enhance internal efficiency.
• Lead business reviews with vendor partners, documenting clear action plans for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capacity with business forecasts and strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks within the vendor ecosystem.

Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in vendor management or supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and operational excellence methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proven project management skills in managing complex operational projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Tech, Travel, or Gig/Sharing Economy sectors.
• Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics and host/guest support.
• Background in launching new programs or operations with vendors from the ground up.
