Responsibilities

• Consult on current project management workflows to identify efficiency enhancements in Asana.
• Work collaboratively with team members to establish unified processes and best practices across projects.
• Provide part-time project management support during team member leave for creative, web, and paid media initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with teams across diverse time zones to ensure seamless project operations and timely delivery of results.

Skills

• Extensive experience in agency creative project management and trafficking.
• Advanced proficiency in Asana and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in unifying and refining processes across teams.
• Background in managing various campaign types, including creative, web, and paid media.
• Comfortable with part-time work offering flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
