Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-impact sourcing strategies for marketing vendors and creative services.
• Negotiate contracts that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance and ethical practices.
• Lead complex RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes to optimize resource allocation and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Units, Legal, and Finance, to ensure strategic alignment.
• Utilize AI-driven procurement tools to enhance data analysis and automate routine sourcing workflows.
• Standardize sourcing processes across the organization to maintain consistency and compliance.

• Expertise in sourcing and vendor management within the marketing landscape.
• Exceptional negotiation and influence skills to manage high-stakes discussions effectively.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate spend data and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Extensive experience in marketing sourcing categories.
• A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
