Job SummaryThe Culture & Belonging Program Manager plays a critical role in designing, executing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen employee connection, recognition, and engagement. Embedded within the Culture & Belonging team, this role serves as the
program owner for key team member experience initiatives, including recognition programs, employee listening and engagement surveys, peer mentoring, and annual employee awards.
This position is highly
operations- and analysis-focused-ideal for someone who thrives in structured program management, data interpretation, and connecting insights across multiple initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Ownership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end execution of Culture & Belonging programs, including:
- Team member recognition programs
- Employee listening and engagement surveys
- Peer mentoring (including upcoming program launches)
- Annual employee awards and VIP recognition programs
- Design and evolve recognition initiatives that reinforce organizational values and elevate everyday contributions.
- Support engagement survey action planning in partnership with HR, leaders, and People Analytics.
Employee Listening & Data Insights
- Serve as the program owner for the team member experience survey, partnering closely with People Analytics and HR on survey design, administration, reporting, and insights.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and connections across programs (e.g., recognition impact on engagement outcomes).
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations through reporting, storytelling, and executive-ready materials.
Project Management & Operations
- Lead detailed project planning, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and test plans.
- Manage project logistics such as meeting coordination, documentation, progress tracking, and status updates.
- Coordinate vendors and manage the operational and logistical aspects of live and onsite engagement events, with flexibility for periodic onsite support as needed.
- Adapt project plans as priorities and requirements evolve.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Internal Communications, Culture leaders, People Analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective change management.
- Create toolkits, guides, and communications that enable leaders and teams to engage meaningfully with Culture & Belonging programs.
- Ensure programs are inclusive, scalable, and aligned with organizational values and employee needs.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven; comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and pattern-recognition capabilities.
- Experience identifying risks, developing solutions, and executing effectively.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 9-11 years of relevant experience
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt (GB)
Additional Preferred Experience
- Experience managing enterprise employee experience, engagement, or recognition programs.
- Hands-on experience with employee listening or recognition platforms (e.g., Perceptyx, Culture Amp, or similar).
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfort working with data sets, dashboards, and survey results.
- Experience coordinating vendors and managing operational logistics for employee programs or events.
- Demonstrated ability to connect insights across multiple programs rather than operating in silos.
- Prior people leadership or program leadership experience is a plus.

Pay Rate$82,000 - $97,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
