HYBRID ROLE
Job Purpose:
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding high-touch service to our Customers and will oversee their experience with our company. This role will provide our customers with proactive communication, follow through, and a speedy resolution to their questions, orders, quotes, and all other inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system and provide timely follow-up via phone, email, fax, or through Sales Representatives.
• Support inventory control by reviewing historical data and assisting in managing stock levels during order processing.
• Provide internal support to Outside Sales Representatives and assist with sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments and other divisions to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Review customer purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare customer quotes, sample requests, formal proposals, and generate sales leads for potential accounts.
• Manage customer complaints related to product use, including coordinating returns and replacements of defective parts.
• Process order modifications and communicate changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Proven experience handling complex orders under tight deadlines.
• SAP Experience.
Work Experience:
• 1-3 years of related job experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
• High School Diploma/GED
