Job Purpose:
The Operations Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily business operations through administrative, operational, and front office support.
Job Responsibilities:
Support daily operations by coordinating workflows, maintaining records, and assisting with reporting and process improvements.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
Serve as the front desk point of contact by greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, and managing inquiries.
Oversee front office activities, including visitor check-in, meeting room coordination, and mail/delivery handling.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $58,000 annually
Work Experience:2+ years related experience preferred
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Assignment on cross functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:• High School Diploma/GED
