Responsibilities

• Implement and configure software solutions to align with organizational objectives.
• Continuously monitor and update data to maintain service level agreements.

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technology support, particularly in pre and post-implementation environments.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and data management practices.
• High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to utilize advanced formulas for data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in working with large datasets and data cleansing processes.
• Familiarity with provider network operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a decentralized team.
