Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Digital Transformation Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth. This position will train at the client's Grapevine facility before transitioning to their Fort Worth location. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
The Digital Transformation Engineer supports the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise communication networks, applications, and digital solutions. This role focuses on driving automation, improving operational efficiency, and bridging traditional business processes with modern digital technologies such as AI, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation, Data Analysis & Issue Prevention (80%)
- Identify manual, inefficient processes and replace them with automated, digital workflows.
- Design, test, and implement innovative digital solutions, including AI, machine learning, robotics, and cloud-based technologies , to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and reports; analyze organizational data to generate actionable insights and predictive models (e.g., failure prediction, demand forecasting).
- Integrate new digital tools and platforms with existing legacy systems such as WiLES, SAP, and SFCS .
- Develop, prioritize, and execute digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Train and support end users on new systems; promote digital adoption and mentor teams to build technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and headquarters IT to define objectives and resolve complex technical and process-related issues.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation of solutions and sustainable change.
- Develop and improve business methods and procedures, including accounting, file management, office systems, logistics processes, and production scheduling.
- Act as a bridge between traditional business operations and advanced digital ecosystems such as AI, IoT, and cloud-native platforms .
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Warehouse Efficiency & Cost Reduction (10%)
- Analyze warehouse operations to identify inefficiencies impacting product flow and delivery performance.
- Implement solutions that improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Support data-driven merchandise flow decisions through detailed analysis and reporting.
- Foster an environment of open feedback and two-way communication at all organizational levels.
Team Leadership & Collaboration (10%)
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment aligned with company culture.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications:Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .

1-3 years of experience as a Digital Transformation Engineer or Specialist.
- Experience with:
- Data analysis and visualization tools ( Power BI, SQL, Python )
- Automation platforms ( PowerApps, RPA )
- Cloud technologies
- Manufacturing or computer industry experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
