• Continuously assess feedback to enhance training programs and strategies.
• Clearly communicate program progress and updates to all stakeholders.
• Use AI-powered tools to boost engagement and optimize best practices in sales performance.

Skills

• Minimum of four years in enablement roles with proven experience handling intricate projects.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead in diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in tools such as Gsuite, Salesforce, and various content management platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in using design tools to craft effective training content.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and enablement best practices.
• Ability to effectively onboard new team members and support their professional growth.
