Job Title: Fleet Manager
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Job Description:
The Fleet Manager will oversee all oversee all aspects of Galderma's fleet and vehicle reimbursement program for the field sales teams. This will include planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilizations, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles. Fleet manager will serve as the primary contract concerning the fleet vehicle and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for Sales teams for all fleet-related issues
- Onboard all new hires into either a Fleet or Reimbursement program within 48 hours of start date.
- Maintain current roster of employees with a fleet vehicle or enrolled in reimbursement program.
- Meet weekly with fleet management vendor to review outstanding issues.
- Partner with fleet management vendor to oversee all aspects of the vehicle acquisition, transfer and/or disposal processes.
- Create and manage annual purchase order and complete a monthly review of invoices to be submitted for approval.
- Quarterly review of vehicles eligible for replacement and provide strategy and recommendations to Business Units.
- Regularly meet with Business Unit Finance Heads and Heads of Sales to review fleet-related expenses and ensure correct forecasting.
- Develop and manage KPI's including but not limited to maintenance, fuel, and personal mileage reporting.
- Annual business reviews with fleet vendors to review strategy and areas for optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
- 6-10 years of experience supporting Fleet and Vehicle reimbursement programs.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior leadership within the organization.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness is critical to success in the role.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing tasks.
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, high-performance environment that demands speed, accountability, and measurable results.
- Strong functional capabilities using Microsoft applications including: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
