ABOUT THE JOB

The Go-to-Market Content Coordinator, embedded within the Go-to-Market Teams, is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering original digital assets-including PowerPoint presentations, product visuals, case studies, graphics, and other multimedia content.

The Go-to-Market Content Coordinator will focus mostly on creating, managing, and optimizing assets intended for go-to-market teams, which may include new business, implementation, and clinical operations. This role blends artistic talent, technical expertise, and a results-driven mindset to produce materials that help drive growth with a strong emphasis on presentation design.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to develop and create compelling assets, including pitch decks, case studies, product collateral, and digital materials such as one-pagers, infographics, and email templates-that position Marathon competitively and support campaigns, proposals, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with Enablement to align messaging, address content gaps, manage delivery timelines, and ensure collateral is updated in Seismic and communicated across the organization.
  • Ensure all assets comply with company brand standards, copyright requirements, and sales messaging guidelines.
  • Develop and leverage storyboards and mapping techniques to structure sales presentations and outreach campaigns, ensuring content tells a persuasive, compelling story tailored to specific audiences. By visually planning each stage of outreach, the Go-to-Market team can deliver a cohesive, impactful experience for every prospect.
  • Work with the Go-to-Market and Enablement teams to map out key steps in the buyer and renewal journey, create visuals that help drive decisions, and make sure materials support training and ongoing development. Gather feedback, update resources, and use best practices to help teams succeed.
  • Work closely with both the Go-to-Market Team and Enablement team to align asset creation with broader enablement strategies, ensuring that materials effectively support training, onboarding, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Participate in enablement sessions and workshops to stay current on evolving sales methodologies and incorporate best practices into asset design.
  • Ability to turn complex data, pricing deliverables, and outcome metrics into clear, engaging visuals such as charts and graphs to support understanding and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field and 2+ years' experience in content creation, visual design, or a similar creative role, with a strong preference for backgrounds supporting sales, marketing, or customer-facing teams or equivalent combination of education and experience.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design, as well as other relevant design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Marq, or similar tools).
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful sales assets-from decks to digital product sheets and campaign collateral.
  • Understanding of persuasive visual storytelling, layout, and how to tailor content for different buyer personas.
  • Excellent project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn sales objectives into compelling creative solutions.
