Meet the team:

Dexcom isseeking a highly skilledLead Comms Specialist, Enterprise Communications with deepexpertisein internal communications formanufacturing, supply chain, and global operations teams. This role is ideal for a communicator who understands the unique challenges of reaching frontline manufacturing employees-across multiple sites, shifts, languages, and regions-and can design communication strategies that meet people where they are.

This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leaders across Global Operations and the executive team, using strong executive presence and exceptional storytelling abilities to strengthen alignment, engagement, and a shared sense of purpose across Dexcom's global workforce.

You will help shape the employee experience for thousands ofoperations-basedemployees by building communication systems that are accessible, relevant, and actionable-whether employees are on the production floor, working in a clean room, or driving operational impact across global manufacturing sites.

Where you come in:

  • You will develop and leadenterprise-wideinternal communication strategieswith a specific focus onmanufacturing, supply chain, and global operations teams.You lead communication efforts across Dexcom's global manufacturing network, ensuring alignment across time zones, cultural norms, and regional requirements.

  • You create scalable,multisitecommunication plans that effectively reachshift-basedandnon-deskemployees, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility.

  • You partner directly with business partners and senior leaders-including Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership-to craftcompelling, clear, and confidentmessagingforbusiness updates, change initiatives, cultural moments, and strategic priorities.

  • You prepare executives forsitevisits, town halls, and manufacturingfocused engagement moments with talking points, scripts, and communication coaching.

  • You design communications tailored for production environments, using channels such as digital signage,mobile friendlycontent, managercascade tools,linesidebriefings, andfacility-basedengagement programs.

  • You build communication frameworks that support safety, quality, productivity, and operational culture.

  • You own and manage a portfolio of communication channels including the intranet, newsletters, Viva Engage communities, manager toolkits, andsite-basedplatforms.

  • You produce a wide range ofhigh-qualitycontent: executive messages, operations updates, video scripts, presentations, articles, and storytelling pieces that highlight operational excellence and employeeimpact.

  • You track communication effectiveness using data andsite levelfeedback, analyzing trends to enhance reach and impact-especially fornon-deskaudiences.

  • You stay informed on best practices for frontline communications, operations storytelling, and global engagement strategies.

What makes you successful:

  • You have progressive experience in internal communications, preferably withinindustries with large manufacturing or operational workforces.

  • You have proven success creating communication strategies forfrontline, non-desk, andshift-basedteams.

  • You have significant experiencedeveloping communications forglobal operations, including multisite andmultiregionalenvironments.

  • You bring strong executive presencewith the ability to influence, advise, and present to senior leaders.

  • You demonstrate experience supporting executives with messaging, tone, and strategic communication counsel.

  • You have expertisewith internal communication platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and digital signage.

  • You possess outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and channels.

  • You show ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving needs.

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
