What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant in multi-family properties (preferred).

Your Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of our community and a key part of our success. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with Prospects: Greet, tour, and inspire future residents to join our community.
• Managing Applications: Process applications for LIHTC Compliance and gather all required documentation.
• Driving Marketing Efforts: Promote our community through innovative marketing strategies.
• Supporting Residents: Assist with resident and prospect inquiries to build trust and satisfaction.
