Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all facility maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained campus environment. This role provides daily oversight, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with company and Job Corps standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility maintenance, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff and student workers
- Manage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and energy conservation plans
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and facility projects to ensure quality and compliance
- Partner with leadership and training departments to support student involvement and center operations
- Ensure adherence to safety, integrity, and performance standards
Qualifications Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems
- Licensure (Electrician, HVAC, or Plumbing) preferred

Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, stoop, and crouch as required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 40 pounds, or assess load weight and request assistance when needed.
