Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced part-time Medical Receptionist to join their client's team in Connecticut. This role involves supporting the medical staff and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the medical office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the electronic health system.
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Manage phone calls, including answering inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Handle patient billing and insurance verification.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
Work Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM

Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
