Product Assembler
Shift: Tuesday-Friday 5:30am-3:30pm
Pay: $16.50/hr
Job Overview
The Product Assembler plays a key role in assembling high-quality products that are defect-free and ready for shipment. Team members may rotate between stations as needed to support production.
Responsibilities
- Assemble metal and plastic components using air, battery, and hand tools
- Package completed products (boxing, palletizing, wrapping)
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and defects
- Perform basic product testing
- Maintain tools and a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble products accurately
- Ability to read blueprints and shop floor documentation
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Professional and reliable work ethic
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and use hands repetitively
- Must wear safety glasses and steel toe boots
