Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Agile delivery teams to plan and optimize key products and services.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
• Translate objectives into actionable Epics, Features, and User Stories for effective delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings based on market insights.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall user experience.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to maximize project impact and return on investment.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of SAFe methodologies and product management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Office, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with building B2B software or internal tools.
• Background in user experience design or customer feedback analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile transformation programs and large-scale project management.
