Volt is immediately hiring Production Associates for both1st and 2nd shift positions in La Vergne, TN.

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Responsible for assembling servers on a production line
• Assemble servers on a production line
• Follow written and verbal instructions to assemble products to specific specifications
• Use hand tools and equipment to assemble and fit parts together
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
• Other responsibilities as assigned

This is a fully on-site contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm

2nd shift: 4:30pm-1:00am

The right candidate must have:

• Previous assembly or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and photos
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge, log-in, open files, etc
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit, and climb for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities

Pay rates:

• 1st Shift: $19.00/ per hour
• 2nd Shift: $19.50/ per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
