Duration: Temp to Hire - 6 months

Pay Range: $27.64/hr (W2)

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 PM - 6 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with GMP regulations, analytical and QC documentation review, and controlled document approval and a proven ability to assess compliance, make independent decisions based on requirements, and communicate proactively across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review analytical release and stability data with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate compliance of analytical documentation, including test methods, protocols, and stability and release data.
• Review and approve controlled documents such as protocols, test methods, and specifications.
• Communicate professionally and proactively with peers, management, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of applicable GMP regulations and QA systems.
• Proficiency in reviewing analytical and QC documentation for compliance.
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable GMP industry experience in Analytical or QC laboratory, Manufacturing, or QA.
• BS degree in a science discipline, preferably Chemistry or Biochemistry.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience approving controlled documents within a GMP environment.
• Background in stability and release testing workflows.
