Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, release management, and cross-functional leadership and a proven ability to manage scope, remove impediments, and deliver complex, multi-department initiatives.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week in Chandler, AZ
• Maximum submissions per supplier: 3

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budget for high-complexity initiatives within a single business unit.
• Lead daily Scrum ceremonies and partner with the Product Owner to guide the team.
• Remove impediments to delivery and maintain focus on team progress and commitments.
• Align resources to key roles and clarify responsibilities and accountabilities across work streams.
• Oversee project execution, integration, and implementation across multiple departments.
• Drive risk management, mitigation planning, and readiness/change adoption activities.
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure quality assurance and compliance with change requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and integration lead for the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Agile Scrum Master expertise with hands-on facilitation of Scrum events and team coaching.
• Release management experience across complex, multi-team environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a changing environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and aligning resources to delivery goals.
• Positive, proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
• Experience in a financial services environment is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Agile delivery.
• Change management experience and Book of Work management.
• Team management and stakeholder engagement across business and technology groups.
