We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer ready to tackle new challenges with innovative solutions while contributing to a dynamic team environment. This role blends hands-on development with performance optimization and migration of applications to cloud-based technologies.
Responsibilities

• Develop and support efficient and impactful software by leveraging multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Facilitate the transition of on-premises applications to cloud environments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Design and implement serverless architectures for improved performance and reliability.
• Create APIs that adhere to industry standards and enable effective connectivity and communication.
• Engage actively in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to enhance teamwork and productivity.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement efforts leveraging code reviews and software craftsmanship best practices.
• Ensure optimal performance and address technical hurdles to maintain robust software solutions.

Skills

• Over 7 years of IT experience, with robust expertise in software development.
• Hands-on proficiency in Java, TypeScript, Python, and experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Strong understanding of web services, API design, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in utilizing AWS cloud services and implementing serverless technologies.
• Keen analytical skills and effective communication of technical information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in crafting solutions with high-availability and disaster recovery in mind.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and optimizing applications for better performance.
• Collaborative spirit with a genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and aiding team members.
