Software Engineer
Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Estimated: $38.93 - $42.93/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop resilient embedded software and hardware solutions for use in contested environments
- Support development of tactical communications systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to deliver mission-critical capabilities
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Develop and integrate high-performance, reliable systems in complex and constrained environments
- Participate in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Ensure solutions meet mission reliability, scalability, and operational requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and support real-world mission execution
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years relevant experience
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices
- Proficiency in C/C++ (embedded systems preferred)
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Experience with source control and collaborative development tools (e.g., GitLab, Synergy)
- Experience developing and maintaining software requirements and technical documentation, including design, development, and test artifacts
- Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and operate effectively in complex, evolving technical environments
