Role Summary

The Coordinator, HQ Logistics & Workplace Experience, supports the daily operations of Slalom's HQ communal spaces. This role helps deliver a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized workplace by assisting with logistics, catering, facilities coordination, and employee and client experiences.

This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a variety of operational needs.

In-Office Expectations

This is a primarily in-person role, with the expectation of being onsite during core business hours five days per week.

To support your commute, we offer transportation reimbursement. Our office is conveniently located near light rail and regional rail services, including International District/Chinatown Station and King Street Station.

Flexibility may be required to arrive early, stay late, or adjust hours to support events, catering deliveries, vendor coordination, and other onsite logistics.

This role requires:

  • A consistent and visible presence in communal spaces
  • Serving as an onsite point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors
  • Proactive responsiveness to real-time office needs
  • Reliability, accountability, and a strong hospitality mindset
Key Responsibilities

Communal Space & Facilities Support
  • Support daily setup and upkeep of communal areas and meeting spaces
  • Submit and track maintenance requests
  • Assist with building access and visitor coordination
  • Manage mail and deliveries
  • Restock supplies and coordinate vendors
Catering & Event Support
  • Assist with catering coordination
  • Track attendee counts and dietary needs
  • Support event setup and breakdown
  • Help track expenses
Client & Employee Experience
  • Prepare meeting spaces
  • Support events and team activities
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and recognition efforts
Administrative Support
  • Assist with purchasing and expense tracking
  • Maintain documentation and internal resources
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted base salary pay range for this position is $20 to $30. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
