What You'll Do

  • Support the delivery of technology projects across cloud, data, software, and platform initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, including task tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI for meeting notes and documentation, automation for status reporting, predictive tools for risk tracking) to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Build trusted relationships with client executives, technical teams, and Slalom consultants.
  • Coach and mentor project managers and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Slalom's delivery methodology, including the integration of emerging technologies like AI.

What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools that support project delivery and team productivity.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members and clients.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, technology, engineering).

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $111,000 to $153,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
