As a Tier II On-Site Support professional supporting the U.S. House of Representatives, you help ensure that Members of Congress and their staff can operate effectively without disruption. You are the person users rely on to keep their systems running and their day moving forward. You will work directly with end users to resolve issues, deploy new equipment, and ensure a seamless technology experience in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

What You Will Do
You will support day-to-day enterprise IT operations by:
- Deploying new computers, including imaging, data transfer, and physical installation
- Providing hands-on end user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Supporting office moves, including disconnecting and reconnecting equipment and assisting users post-move
- Assisting users with MS Office 365 applications, including Outlook configuration and general onboarding support
- Configuring and deploying mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones in an enterprise environment
- Supporting network printers and coordinating warranty service for HP and other devices
- Managing user accounts and computer objects in Active Directory, including password resets and account unlocks
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- 5 or more years of experience performing similar technical support duties
- Strong experience with Mac and Windows
- Strong mobile experience
- Experience supporting VIP
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, mobile, and networked environments
- Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices, including imaging and hardware repair
- Familiarity with Active Directory for account management and support tasks
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, especially in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- A+ certification
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Mac OS, Active Directory, AirWatch MDM, and MS Office 365
- College degree or relevant technical training
