Summary of Position:
Teya Diversified Services, LLC is seeking a qualified Warehouse Utility Specialist to support a logistics operation for a large federal government agency with a multi-building campus, including specialized laboratory environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Install wall hangings; disassemble/reassemble furniture/shelves; operate drills and other small tools; repair furniture and file cabinet drawers; replace light bulbs; and file cabinet lock replacements
- Regularly reports work status to Project Manager to allow for timely issue resolution
- Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Help to maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Ability and means to travel on flexible schedule as needed may be required with advance notice
- No more than 5% - 10% of the duties may be reassigned at any one time.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year experience required
- Detail oriented, well organized, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Strong ability to multi-task and effectively deal with changing priorities and meeting crucial deadlines is a must
