Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production assembly and quality control and a proven ability to meet output targets while maintaining safety and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
- Perform in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output goals.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and follow all safety procedures.
- Report equipment or process issues to supervisors promptly.
- 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or related operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with common industry tools and basic production software.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Onsite, 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
