What you'll do
- 2 years utilities experience, customer service role
- Coordinate with other utility companies to resolve account discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer records review statements for accuracy and perform necessary edits
- Prepare monthly reports for management
- Utilize various systems effectively - strong technical proficiency required
