We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Graduate to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for recent nursing graduates to develop their skills in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and assess patients' conditions continuously during night shifts

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Operate and monitor life-support equipment and other medical devices

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care interventions

- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health maintenance

**Qualifications:**

- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program

- Valid nursing license or eligibility to obtain licensure

- Strong clinical skills and a passion for critical care nursing

- Ability to work effectively during night shifts in a high-pressure environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
