Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager - IV to support complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Products & Marketing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project management within matrixed environments and a proven ability to drive alignment, lead meetings, track deliverables, and deliver executive-ready communications. Experience from Big 4 or major consulting firms and exposure to SaaS or commercial software environments is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage large programs with multiple sub-projects and cross-functional contributors.
- Build and maintain program plans, schedules, and documentation including agendas, minutes, status reports, and metrics.
- Track progress against timelines, escalate risks, and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment with organizational processes, methodologies, policies, and sponsor goals.
- Coordinate and traffic-manage interactive, creative, and marketing-related deliverables.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and working meetings.
- Develop and deliver clear, executive-ready communications and presentations.
- Evaluate program data, identify trends, and propose improvements or automation opportunities.
- Maintain detailed program artifacts, trackers, and status dashboards.
- Collaborate with business partners, engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure milestone achievement.
- Management consulting background with Big 4 or major consulting firm experience.
- Strong program/project management in SaaS or commercial software settings.
- Expert communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and running cross-functional workshops.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end compensation processes.
- Experience operating in matrixed environments with clear risk and issue management.
- Experience level: 3-8 years. Under 3 years is underqualified. Over 8 years may be overqualified.
- Experience with Salesforce/org62.
- M&A experience and cross-collaboration across multiple teams.
- Exposure to compensation structures and end-to-end systems.
- Schedule and lead meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactively reach out to team members to resolve issues and unblock progress.
- Maintain and execute against the project plan, track progress, and provide updates.
