Position SummaryThe
Video Content Management Lead Intern will support AMN Healthcare's Marketing Communications team by editing, producing, and managing video content across multiple platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in video editing, project coordination, digital asset management, and on-site production, while collaborating closely with a creative team in a fast-paced, enterprise marketing environment.
Scope of Work & ResponsibilitiesThe intern will support video and multimedia initiatives by:
- Editing video content including talking head videos, podcast clips, social media reels, and transcript files
- Collaborating with creative partners to brainstorm, develop, and execute video concepts
- Supporting project management activities across pre-production, production, post-production, and promotional planning
- Organizing and maintaining digital assets in SharePoint for efficient access and reuse
- Supporting direction and production for on-site video shoots in the Dallas studio

- Hands-on experience in video editing for professional and social media content
- Exposure to end-to-end content production workflows
- Stronger creative collaboration, communication, and project coordination skills
- Experience managing digital assets in an enterprise SharePoint environment
- Insight into live and on-site video production and direction

QualificationsEducation & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of related experience
Additional Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Preferred majors: Marketing, Film Production, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
- Strong interest in video production, editing, and digital media

Pay Rate$17.25 - $20.50 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
