• Guide development teams to elevate their agile practices and product ownership mindset.
• Translate vision into actionable requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.

Skills

• Proven expertise in product ownership and requirements analysis.
• Proficient in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills for complex concept articulation to various audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software development and familiarity with various agile frameworks.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Scrum Master certification is considered a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including analytics and user experience.
